    Easy to use!
I’m not an audio expert, but the sound was good to me. Great sound for a great price. Easy step by step setup!

  2. Raymond

    the sound quality is fantastic
I have bought this one a month ago. Now, I came to write my experience. I have used this speaker to play music in my home gathering. The sound quality was fantastic. The voice control feature is absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it.

  3. anh le

    Not alexa compatible
Great sound via Bluetooth but cannot connect to Alexa. Toll free number no longer in service. Support email was returned as unrecognized. Amazon support cannot help with set up. Unfortunate. Had to return it

    J U N K – Avoid this device
Thought I would upgrade my trusty old Echo with a new device and premium sound. This seemed to fit the bill perfectly. Wrong. Awful App – 2 star rating should have given me a heads up – and the sound is not as good as old Echo. Delays on EVERYTHING it does – took 30 + seconds to get it off microphone mute. Will not play Sirius Skill that every Echo in my house has no problem with. Back in the box and dropping off at Whole Foods returns desk tomorrow. Avoid this very overpriced and faulty device.

  5. Tinna Zhang

    It works great!
Easy to set up. Feel like I have the second Alexa but more powerful. Worthy to have it.

  6. Will Kearny

    This speaker is 🔥🔥🔥
I opened the package a couple hours ago, and haven’t turned off the speaker since! The sound quality is fantastic, and it’s super helpful for navigating my Spotify playlist while I was making dinner. It’s going to see a lot of use in the future, thanks RIVA 🙏😌(Pop music seems to sound pretty dang good on it, in case anyone was curious)

    Meh
–First of all the App called “Riva Voice” no longer exists (at least for Apple). I think the company went out of business. So what should be an easy job to play with the App, is very unclear without the App.–It’s not so easy to pick the Input you want. There’s a light ring on top that will cycle from Aux input, to Wifi input, to Bluetooth input. It’s not clear how to get to “pairing mode”. You really need the App to see where you are, and see what the Riva speaker is seeing.–To use Alexa, you have to download the Alexa App to your phone, then Open the App and press in the “Message Alexa” space in that app on your phone to get Alexa to hear you. It’s not as ease as just addressing Alexa towards the Riva speaker.-I think if I had it to do again, I’d just buy an Amazon product with Alexa/speaker, instead of a speaker that can maybe use Alexa if you jump through a bunch of hoops.

    Great all around speakers
Wanted to try out a new Bluetooth speaker and a friend recommended these. Arrived quickly within 2 days of ordering. Got them set up and running within 5 minutes and didn’t even have Alexa or the main app installed. Great quality sound for the price and size. The Alexa feature makes them super easy to use and play music and the app has a very friendly UI to control the equalizer and volume, and you can still control the speaker manually with the buttons on it if you wanted to. Will likely be buying the larger Stadium version of these soon but can’t recommend RIVA Concert enough 10/10
