It works as expected
It’s a Game Drive that can work on Xbox, PC and PlayStation. I’m currently using for my PS5 that’s shown in the picture. The drive itself is very light weight. I would make sure you give it plenty of space by your game console. The cord it comes with is a Micro USB 3.0 and it is a good wire but it is short. Transfer speed is great and it is fast. Downloading the games from the Internet took me the whole day just to put on the drive but I was ok with that because I did have a big list of games that I wanted to put on this drive. Do note that this only works for only Xbox One / PS4 games only, don’t expect PS5 or Series X games to go on here. It does feel very reliable, it does heat a bit when downloading or running games but it’s not to the level of Overheating. It is very easy to use and the connection is very fast. You are using USB 3.0 with the next gen feature on it to make it run fast. I have not experience any data losses on it so it seems very promising. Overall I would recommend picking this one up and it is very promising. It does come with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for one month so that is a nice bonus. Always make sure to register your product to Seagate to get that warranty if something does go wrong. Anyways that’s it, it’s a decent Game drive.

Works great
There are obviously plenty of external SSDs out there for Xbox, but this one comes with the peace of mind of being licensed and by a known brand. Set up was as easy as plugging it in and there is zero noise from the unit which is currently half full. It is also quite small so you could easily bring it to a friendâs house or in a bag.It does seem to go on sale fairly often (I got it for around $75) so unless you need it urgently I would wait for a sale. Itâs a great product that works well to store extra games and apps from your Xbox.

Only one problem
This drive works as expected, with the exception of one thing. Games i download off of gamepass will not play feom this drive. I have to move them to my internal drive, or i have totransfer them to one of those solid state drives. My older 2TB drive works fine. Not sure if it is a setting but that is my only complaint good value easy to hook up no noise and very fast. I just wish i did not have to go through the process just to play games.

Bought this to expand my Xbox Series X storage. It works perfect for me. It works fast, reliable, easy to set up with your system. On a Series X you can use it for installing, saving games from Xbox One, Xbox 360 and regular Xbox. You can also save game captures/videos on it too! It doesn’t take up much power. And I easy bring it with me on the go. When bringing my Series X somewhere else than home. Definitely recommend this for fellow gamers, that play 8th, 7th and 6th gen games on their Series X!

Got this after my standard hard drive died after 5 years. Already have the 1 terabyte version, which is still going after 4 years, but losing 8 terabytes of backup storage hurt. Now having 4 terabytes of high speed storage is great, and the cards swap out nice and easy. This is a little pricey but worth it for the convenience imo.

I was under the assumption I could put my Call of Duty game on the device and play from it. That is not the case… Xbox won’t let you do it because the game needs the power and speed from the internal hard drive. I was able to store all of my other apps on the device which cleared up room for me to install all the updates I needed. Little disappointed but it worked out fine in the end. It looks bad ass too! Love thr green light! High end quality, q0p% compaitble with Xbox one S, really good price! 🙂
