I got this Samsung Watch 7 to replace another popular brand of smartwatch that started malfunctioning after one year of everyday use. I use it as an everyday watch and for monitoring my early morning jogging.The 40 mm model is designed to be lightweight and comfortable, making it suitable for users like me with not exactly the biggest of wrists. Its sleek, circular build maintains a modern aesthetic that is very appealing. One of the standout features of the Galaxy Watch 7 is its AI health tracking capabilities. It includes advanced sleep sensing and health monitoring tools that help users keep track of their wellness. The watch is powered by a new 3nm processor, which enhances performance and efficiency, allowing for quicker app transitions and improved battery management.Despite its many strengths of the Galaxy Watch 7 the battery does not last as long as expected, especially when using features like Always-On Display and GPS â¦â¦. I barely get 36 to 48 hours of battery life which is way short of the 7 days from my previous smartwatch. This is the only drawback, however; I think that the fast-charging feature somewhat mitigates this concern.This Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (40 mm) is a well-rounded smartwatch that offers impressive health tracking features and a comfortable design. Overall, it represents a solid choice for Android users looking for a reliable smartwatch experience.I have had this watch for just over one month and have had no regrets.

My Galaxy (4) watch was ready for an upgrade!I always do my research and read the reviews before I buy a product. This purchase was no different. I was somewhat concerned with a number of reviewers complaining that the battery was not good and didn’t last long. So, I want to address that concern first.With all of my watches I never use the Always on Display function. I realize that the watch faces are beautiful on the Galaxy Screen. However, those beautiful bright LED’s use power. If you leave them on all the time you can expect maximum battery drain. I have everything turned on except the AOD. Yesterday I used my watch a lot as I was playing and experimenting with all the cool features. Wore it through the night to monitor my sleep. This morning at 6 a.m. I had used a total of 27 percent of battery power for a 24 hour period! At this rate of power usage I can expect 3+ days of use. Battery life doesn’t concern me at all.SETUP (Stars*****)I was expecting to make a trip to my service provider because I use the LTE version. I figured I could do all the setup minus the phone provider portion at home. I was extremely impressed with the setup/switch procedure. Simple, straight forward and quick!I was pleased at how simple and easy the setup was. As soon as I was done I needed to let my dogs out for a walk. While I was out walking the girls my Watch rang! I answered it and had a nice conversation. The switch feature swapped over and set up all of my LTE functions without the need to spend half a day at my phone providers location!DIGITAL RING VERSUS PHYSICAL (Stars *****)I never really liked the physical ring all that much. The new digital ring is awesome! Good job Samsung!CHARGING (Stars *****)Charges extremely fast with the little charger that comes with the watch. This small charger is great for travel. I ordered a couple more.FITNESS (Stars *****)I’m still using them and can only say that so far they are still the award winning excersize App/sensors they have always been.AI (Stars *****)Wow! This opens up a whole new experience with my watch. I use Alexa to do so many things now. The ability to put Alexa on my watch is a real game changer. Don’t worry, if you prefer Google assistant you can use that as well.ASTHETICS (Stars *****)I think Samsung could have done a better job with the advertisement pics out there. I was initially disappointed at how the Galaxy 7 looked. When I actually got the watch I happily realized the pics don’t do it justice. I think that this is the most aesthetically pleasing watch Samsung has made to date.THE BAND (Stars ***)Nope. I knew I didn’t like the watch band it comes with from the pics. If you want an extra you can have mine. I ordered a watch band from Wingle to match the silver of the watch. Wow! They are a perfect match and look gorgeous!I couldn’t be happier! What a great Smartwatch. When you pair this watch with the Samsung family of devices it is in a class of it’s own!OVERALL: Five Stars!RECOMMEND?: Absolutely YES!

Samsumg Watch 7 40 mm
Great watch. The watch and app are great for tracking activities – for hikes it shows elevation, distance, calories, route. For pool swimming, it detects my stroke and times each lap. The sleep metrics seem comprehensive. The watch also has a nice look to it. I probably only use half the functions. The only downside is the battery life, depending upon how active you are. I don’t mind charging it for 1 – 1.5 hours per day to keep it going. I chose the 40 mm size as I am a male with a small to moderate size wrist. 40 mm seems a reasonable size that should be okay for most.

Great Watch.. too big strap
The strap is too big. Samsung website has option to select the strap size. Since its not the case here.. it sucks tht i have a loose strap so need to get a new one.The watch itself is great though. Perfect in everyway. Its an all time classic watch but with a smart touch ð . All in all happy i got my watch..sucks to have to wait for it to fit perfectly tho. Took out 1 star for the strap. Eud have taken one more but then i dont want to take away from a great watch.BATTERY life: kind of sucks.. i had the always on display mode .. but barely used it still.. battery was down to 35% within the day. So.. no sleep test. P.s had to turn off always on display to chargeConnectivity great.Durability: doesnt look filmsy but screen does look like itll get scratched easy. So i might have to get screen protectors .VALUE FOR money: Yes for sure. Got it at amazing amazon deal price tht was better than the official site
