More for your money!
Fitbit charges quickly, user friendly, looks great, has many tracking functions and by far the best. Fitbit user over a decade and received an Apple Watch as a birthday gift, but had to go back to my Fitbit. Itâs not about the name, but getting the best quality for your bucks! It performs better for me than the Apple Watch.

In love with my watch
I am in love with my fitbit watch. The size is perfect comes, light weight and an amazing fitness tracker. I can monitor my text messages and calls on my device. It tracks all my steps and also reminds me to achieve my daily step goals

Died after 8 months
Edit: did a hard reset and itâs working fine again. 4 stars because sleep data is randomly accurate. I see it mostly for tracking exercise. Purchased October of 2023; stopped working June 19, 2024. Too expensive for 8 months of use.

Better Than An Apple Watch
I have been a Fitbit wearer for many years. When the voluntary Ionic recall was announced I decided to switch over to an Apple watch. I wore the Apple watch for 4 days. It spent more time on the charger than it did on my wrist and there were so many buzzings and notifications that it became annoying, even after disabling some of them. So, I sent it back and ordered the Fitbit Sense 2. I’ve had my Sense 2 for 8 days and have only had to charge it once after wearing it all day and night. It’s comfortable. The app is easy to use, and was easy to switch from the Ionic to the Sense 2. There are tons of accessory options out there – I’ve ordered some screen protectors, longer charging cords, and colored wrist bands. The screen/face is the perfect size for my wrist. There are bunches of face options and colors to choose from as well. I’ll be sticking with the Fitbit over the Apple watch.

a tool that just made me angrier everyday – not worth your money
i was a diehard fitbit customer since 2016. over the past several years the quality has steadily degraded since google purchased fitbit and overhauled all the software that actually worked with the product. i would have recommended fitbit for years but now i would warn people against it.Major cons: life/durability, connectivity and functionalityDurability: i bought my first fitbit sense in December 22 and it died by December 23. I bought this fitbit sense 2 in January 2024 and now it is experiencing the same charging issue. the charging prong connections get clogged over time due to sweat or dirt, but i cleaned this one more regularly than the previous one and it stopped charging much earlier. I can still kind of get the new one to work if I stand and hold the charger there and wiggle it around till it connects, then gently place it and make sure it doesnât disconnect, but it is definitely on itâs way out. It used to stay charged for 5 days on one charge if I didnât use GPS, now it is 2-3 days and I have to be super careful about not letting it get to zero because it is impossible to tell if it is connected once it dies fully. EDIT: I wrote this review July 20, 2024; as of August 20, 2024 the Fitbit sense 2 will not charge no matter what I do so I cannot even reset it or update it because it wonât turn on. Donât waste your money (I also have 4 sense chargers & none work – it is definitely the watch)Connectivity: every single time I open the fitbit app it is a fight to sync the device and takes probably about 15-30 mins on average to get to work. it is infuriating, and when it does finally sync, half the information doesnât show up correctly so you have to try to run it again or wait another 15-30 minutes for that to show up. Two nights ago I was trying to sync for over 2 hours. This is really frustrating while Iâm in the middle of a workout, especially a run where I donât want to stop and fiddle with my watch/phone, or when Iâm trying to quickly check my stats on the goFunctionality: This isnât the WORST thing about it – it does its job for tracking for the most part. I have lost a lot of sleep data due to the connectivity and app issues though which was a big factor I purchased the sense rather than the apple watch initially so Iâm annoyed about that. They also got rid of all the social features in the app in January. I also learned recently you donât have to pay a premium subscription for a lot of the analytics (sleep, cardio health, etc) you do on Fitbit if you get a garmin or apple watch. Sometimes I feel like the tracking is lagging compared to its competitors, it feels like google is just stagnating Fitbit using its established consumer base until they can get more marketshare with the pixel watch.Pros: appearance, comfort, technically does what it says, just not very wellAll that being said, if it wouldnât keep dying within a year of purchase and it would actually connect to my phone/the app actually worked I would probably buy another sense next just because I am familiar with it, it does the trick, and it has all my past data. However it doesnât seem like that will be improving so I will have to switch on my next fitness tracker I have to buy, which will probably be quite soon unfortunately. EDIT: i will not ever buy a sense again actually, see previous edit

Glad I didn’t believe the bad reviews!
Wow! I almost didn’t buy this based on the bad reviews but either those folks got a lemon or they have different expectations. I want to start by saying I CAN receive and respond to calls on my Fitbit Sense 2. Not sure if the type of phone matters but I have a Google Pixel phone. I’ve tried out the ECG and the stress tester and I’m happy with those features. If you read some of the bad reviews, you will notice people are complaining about a lot of things, but you have to ask yourself, what is it you really need in your Fitbit? Some complained about lack of Apps . . . well, I don’t really care about that. If I want lots of apps, I’ll load them on my phone. Music? Same deal. I see no point in loading music on my watch. I can access millions of songs through my phone so I use that along with blue tooth ear buds.Over the years I’ve heard numerous complaints about step accuracy on ANY device. What do people expect? Do they want to know for sure if it was 100 vs 110 steps? Seriously? I believe the Fitbit is very accurate but nothing is 100%. Do you really need to know EXACTLY how many steps you took? Isn’t the whole point to just get up and move? If it turns out my Fitbit is not 100% accurate, I don’t care! As long as it reminds me to move and I get my exercise, I’m happy.I also want to address the issue of the new band. Some folks HATE it. I don’t. I think it is much more comfortable than the other model but everyone has different levels of comfort. I’ll close this by saying I love my new Sense 2 and I believe most folks will love theirs. By all means, read the negative reviews but keep in mind what is important to you when making your decision.

Great overall
I really like this watch for my workouts, but insurance wouldn’t pay for this and the smart ring at the same time, so I ultimately sent this watch back. But I did use it during workouts and loved the way it worked.
