    My husband is hooked
My husband isn’t a gamer, yet he’s a HUGE college football fan. He LOVES this game. It’s nostalgic, easy to play, music is awesome (GO MARCHING BAND AND DRUMLINE!!), and it will surely help him during the off season! Haha!Graphics and everything are amazing. Really great game!

    Disc doesn’t work
We purchased this game brand new through Amazon back at the end of November. It was a Christmas gift for our son so we didn’t try it til today. The game was sealed so we assume it’s definitely brand new. It does say on the case it is for the Xbox Series X which we have 3 of these consoles in our home. I tried the disc on all 3 different Series X and the game will not load. Tried multiple things I read online people tried to fix this but nothing works. The game is a dud. I will be returning this game and once I get my credit back, I will just purchase the digital code via the Microsoft Store on his Series X that way I know it will work. Just throwing this info out there in case anyone else experiences the same problem.

Fantastic Game…If you are Playing Online!
As far as the mechanics go this is the best college football game I have ever played. The controls are intuitive. fluid and very easy to use. You don’t have to press a button to do a fancy move when you are running for extra yardage. All you have to do is move the control stick in various directions and your player will fight for yardage. This makes for great balance by allowing the players to finally mix up effective running and passing strategies. The movements of the players are so realistic. You throw a pass to the sideline or the end zone and you will see the football player consciously bringing his feet together to stay in bounds. When it comes to deciding on a two-pointer there is a variation of two constantly changing options you will be presented with that are very tempting to try rather than going for the extra point. But here is why I deducted a star. You must go online to play a full real football season. The only option for offline play is “Play Now”. When you play in that mode wins and losses against the computer are not saved as a scheduled season. It reduces the enjoyment of what could have been a great game for everyone. Why EA? Why did you find it necessary to leave offline players so abandoned?
