Dmitry Bivol, a boxing icon, has been deeply involved in the sport since childhood and has been a professional boxer for close to a decade. The Kyrgyzstani fighter has made a name for himself as the undefeated World Boxing Association light heavyweight champion since 2017 and is currently recognized as one of the top boxers globally.

Over the years, Bivol has witnessed various newcomers step into the ring, including YouTuber and content creator Jake Paul. Interestingly, Paul’s presence in the sport over the past five years has not perturbed Bivol; in fact, the champion has expressed admiration for him.

“Honestly, I appreciate the fact that a non-boxer like him has a genuine love for the sport,” Bivol told TMZ Sports. “His dedication to training is evident. I respect him for that.”

When asked about the possibility of facing Paul in the ring, Bivol promptly dismissed the idea. “At the moment, my focus is not on money. It’s about winning belts,” he stated firmly.

Paul’s diligence seems to be yielding results. On December 15, he secured a first-round knockout victory against Andre August, marking his third first-round knockout in his career. The “Problem Child” shared with reporters after the match that achieving this feat had been his goal.

“I had been predicting a first-round knockout all week,” Paul stated, as reported by The New York Post. “I manifested this. It’s the power of manifestation. I realized I needed to bring back the old ‘Problem Child.’ I’ve been too lenient with these opponents, allowing them to reach the later rounds.”

A substantial shift in career from being a Vine and YouTube sensation.
